Training for negotiators can be done as 6 DAYS OF GROUP WORKSHOPS or 4 DAYS OF INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS + 35 HOURS OF E-LEARNING.

Training for negotiators consists of three modules. Within each of them different issues will be discussed and you will receive different tools.

CONTENT

MODULE I - PSYCHOLOGY OF NEGOTIATION

1.Psychological laws of negotiation.

2.Exerting social influence during negotiations.

3.Self-analysis of reactions to psychological laws and rules of social influence applied by interlocutors and persuasive messages

4.Advanced verbal and non-verbal communication techniques during negotiations.

5.Competencies and profile of a negotiator.

MODULE II - CONDUCTING NEGOTIATIONS

  1. Negotiation house - elements, that is:

•Psychological laws that occur in negotiations.

•Managing the negotiation process

•Competence of the negotiator or team (style, technique).

•Setting and defending negotiation objectives

•Negotiation techniques and tactics at each stage of the negotiation process (60 negotiation tactics and behaviors). -

2. The 3S of negotiation - strategy, style, negotiation scenario.

3. Managing the negotiation process

•Negotiation planning (recognizing the Negotiation Partner, setting goals, selecting a negotiator or negotiation team, BATNA).

•Conducting negotiations: -starting negotiations (opening process, exit with negotiation parameter, tactics to start),

-negotiations proper (building the value of negotiation parameters, the art of giving way, conflict management, argumentation, negotiation tactics used during),

-final negotiations (testing limits, tactics to close the negotiation process).

•Completion of negotiations (documenting negotiations, drafting an agreement).

MODULE III - GLOBAL NEGOTIATIONS AND ETIQUETTE IN THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS

Determinants and cultural differences in negotiation processes

Negotiator's country of origin vs. values and negotiating style.

Diplomatic protocol, or "who before whom"

Etiquette in negotiation talks

Behavior in various negotiation and business situations (conferences, receptions, meetings)

This offer applies to a group of 10 people. However, in the case of a smaller number of people, we can shorten the training program to 4 days.

This is due to our concern for your time, because the workshop is very interactive and in the case of a smaller number of people, the program can be completed in less time, with the completion of each point of the program.

For each module you will receive a script, a knowledge pill and access to the knowledge base on the e-learning platform.

Competency Survey

Competency survey is an online test that will help you identify your competency gaps in knowledge and skills and get used to the theory exam formula.

The competency survey will help you determine which level of training will be optimal for you.

You can buy the competency survey separately, while in the full blended-learning course it is already included in the training price.

EXAM AND CERTIFICATION

The exam consists of a test of 80 single-choice questions and, depending on the level chosen, a presentation of a management task or management project.

Competency survey

The survey will tell you what you need to learn. It will allow you to monitor whether you are completing this knowledge and skills you need during training.

Access to e-learning platform

You will have access to the platform throughout the course and for up to two months after its completion. E-learning includes both materials and gives you the opportunity to communicate quickly with your group mentor and other trainees.

Workshops with a trainer

During the workshop you will practice specific skills, develop or obtain managerial tools that will allow you to work effectively.

Certification exam

You will take the exam at the level of your choice and it will vary depending on the level.

She works in the education and business sectors. She earned her master's degree from Jagiellonian University. She also earned a bachelor's degree in English teaching. She has a trainer's qualification, as well as a diploma in business and administration and a leadership certificate, which she earned in London.
She has worked as an English teacher and also as a deputy manager at an educational institution in the UK. She has very extensive experience in management training for leaders, managers and in business and customer service, which she gained while working as a trainer in Cambridge, UK. Expert in building educational tools dedicated to online learning using social media. Research interests: management styles, motivation and change management in organizations.
