The final report will include information on the method and recommendations for its application in Malopolska. A study visit of Poles in Italy will allow us to build a group of ambassadors for this solution. </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":20} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>We have set three main goals for the project: </p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul><li>To increase the competence of <strong>vocational training school directors</strong> in adapting the educational program to the real needs of the market and Polish entrepreneurs on the example of the Italian VET competence laboratory.</li><li>Raising the competence of <strong>HR directors of</strong> industrial companies in terms of cooperation and dialogue with education and giving it direction.</li><li>Raising the competence of <strong>CEOs</strong> of industrial companies in terms of cooperation and dialogue with education and giving it direction. </li></ul>\r\n<!-- /wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":20} -->\r\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\r\n<!-- /wp:spacer -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>By implementing project activities, we want to give direction, help understand dependencies, give knowledge and skills to project participants in the field of cooperation between educational institutions and business. All this so that they can independently establish cooperation on the line company-school, which will increase the employability <strong>of</strong> <strong>young people</strong> and contribute to the growth of employee capital in Małopolska industrial enterprises. The experience and knowledge gained during the project will allow participants to ensure the quality and better adaptation of vocational education and training to the real needs of the labor market - which is directly related to the main priority of the project.</p>\r\n<!-- /wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>During the course of the project, participants will fill out a questionnaire twice to verify their level of knowledge - before and after participating in study visits to Italy. The trip to Italy will take place <strong>from November 9-12, 2022</strong>. Participation in the study visit is the main point of the project. It is during this activity that we will exchange knowledge and insights, learn about good practices, gain a fresh perspective on the benefits of school-business cooperation. Our goal is to influence the growth of knowledge and awareness among representatives of the business and education sectors - we believe that participation in the trip will make the process of acquiring knowledge more attractive and that it will influence the development of cooperation between Polish vocational training schools and training companies.
