The CIPM® certification confirms a broader range of responsibilities within the organization and competencies at levels 4-5 of the EQF and WRL.

How does the managerial certification process work?
The process consists of five steps: application and submission of a resume, formal assessment, online test (80 questions), practical part (presentation of a task or project) and obtaining a certificate.
Can I get the certificate without first attending the training?
Yes - people with experience can take the certification exam directly, without having to complete a preparation course.
How long does it take to prepare for the exam?
For those taking the blended-learning course: 2-4 weeks. For candidates preparing on their own: depending on availability and prior experience - usually from a few days to 2 weeks.
Is it possible to take the exam "on the fly"?
Yes - after positive verification of your application and documents, you can choose a convenient date for the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical exam is held online.
How is the impartiality of the certification ensured?
The exam is conducted in accordance with ACI international standards. The practical part is evaluated by independent examiners, and the tests are standardized and audited.
What is the relationship between the CIMP® and CIPM® levels?
CIMP® is the basic level - it confirms competence in team leadership. CIPM® is an advanced level - it covers a broader range of responsibilities in an organization and confirms managerial competence at EQF and WRL levels 4-5. After obtaining the CIMP®, you can immediately take the CIPM®, continuing your development path.
Are the certification paths flexible?
Yes - you can choose a full blended-learning course (training + exam), a remote path (competency testing + e-learning + exam) or the certification exam itself. You decide which form best suits your experience and needs.
Are the certificates recognized in the Integrated Qualifications Register (IQR)?
ACI® certificates meet the requirements of the ZRK Act - they are issued by an international certification organization and are based on learning outcomes. As a result, they are recognized as a confirmation of qualifications that comply with the ZRK framework and can be used in Poland and in international markets.
