What does the certification exam consist of?
The theoretical exam takes place online and includes test questions. In some cases, a practical part - a case study or project - is also possible.
What is the threshold for passing the theoretical exam?
In order to pass the exam and become CIPTM® certified, you need to get a minimum of 90% correct answers in the theory part. This is an ambitious but achievable threshold, which confirms the high quality of ACI® certification.
Can I take the exam without attending the course?
Yes - those with experience can take the exam itself, without attending a preparatory course.
How long does it take to prepare for certification?
For those taking the blended-learning course: 2-4 weeks. Those preparing on their own can adjust the pace of study to suit their needs.
Is the CIPTM® certification recognized in Poland and internationally?
Yes - the CIPTM® certificate meets the requirements of the Law on the Integrated Qualifications System and complies with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and Worldwide Responsible Leadership (WRL) at level 4. As a result, it confirms manager-level competencies and is recognized both in Poland and internationally.
For how long is the CIPTM® certification issued and does it need to be renewed?
ACI® certifications, including CIPTM®, are valid for 5 years. After that time, they require renewal (recertification), which confirms that the knowledge and experience are up-to-date. After two renewals, the certificate becomes indefinite.
