1.Does the schedule include online and onsite training?
Yes, we indicate the format with each schedule item: online, onsite or hybrid.
2.Can I sign up in advance?
Yes - we encourage you to reserve seats in advance, especially for popular dates.
3.Can I change the date after I sign up?
Yes - you can choose a different date from the schedule or contact us to transfer participation.
4.Do all trainings end with certification?
Yes - each program ends with an ACI® international certification.
5.Are the trainings eligible forBUR funding?
Yes - Excellence in™ licensing trainings are eligible for BUR funding. We assist you in obtaining support.
6.How to download details of a particular training?
