The class analyzes the principles of exerting influence and teaches trainers how to apply them effectively in the process of teaching others.

Is Heuresis registered in the Database of Development Services (BUR)?
Yes - we have been registered in BUR since the system's inception. Our programs are eligible for public funding.
Do you run Schools of Trainers?
Yes - we have been running proprietary Trainer Schools since 2005. We have also implemented development programs for trainers commissioned by PARP, public institutions and commercial companies.
How many trainers have already graduated from Heuresis Trainer Academy?
To date, we have trained more than 1,000 trainers. Among our graduates are well-known figures, such as Artur Michalski, Dorota Raniszewska, and many experts conducting trainings across Poland today.
Does the Trainer Academy program end with a certificate?
Yes - in the certified version, participants receive personal certificates detailing the acquired coaching competencies. It is also possible to complete the program without certification.
Are the trainings adjusted to the level of trainer's experience?
Yes - each time we precede the Academy with a diagnosis of the needs and level of participants, in order to match the scope and methods to their professional practice.
Does the Academy cover only theory?
No - it is an intensive program based on practice. Participants design and conduct their own training sessions, receive feedback and ready-made tools for working with the group.
