From the beginning, we knew that training alone was not enough. Today, in a world full of chaos(BANI/VUCA) and new responsibilities(ESG), we help our clients not only understand change, but practically implement it. We combine more than 20 years of experience in management, negotiation and adult learning methodologies with innovative technologies.

History: From Consulting to Innovation Ecosystem: HRTech in our DNA

We started in 2001 as a boutique consulting firm. We quickly became a trusted partner for big players (like Danfoss and Synthos), helping them implement strategic development programs.

The breakthrough came when we decided that knowledge had to be available faster and more efficiently. As early as 2008 we introduced blended learning, and since 2016 (after years of internal work, started in 2006) we have also been a software publisher. That's why our services are complete: we don't just teach, we give ready-to-use tools for monitoring and managing change.

Founding of training and consulting company HEURESIS Certified trainers and management consultants Ltd.

2001

At that time, we specialized in the implementation of closed-door, "tailor-made" training courses in management, customer service and the development of collaborative competencies.


First ISO 9001:1994 certification

2002

The scope of the certification included the design and delivery of training and consulting services.

Implementation of a program for traders of the agro part of the BASF corporation

2003

Integrated program resulted in increased distribution network and improved sales efficiency.

First annual management trainer school of 128 hours

2005

In total, by mid-2019, we had already trained more than 700 management trainers, including certification of more than 100.

Implementation of a comprehensive management development program at Synthos S.A. (formerly Dwory S.A.)

2005

Implementation of training and consulting with funding from EU projects

2005 - 2020

Acquisition of EU projects for clients with a global value of PLN 50 million.

Implementation of a comprehensive productivity improvement program at Danfoss

2006

In total, we completed more than 1,000 training and consulting hours at the company. Cooperation with us resulted in the implementation of productivity improvement tools and higher productivity and increased employee satisfaction.

Implementation of a comprehensive cooperation improvement program at Zelmer

2008

Integrated program for managers and employees to support cooperation during the company's large-scale relocation operation from the center of Rzeszow to the new plant in Jasionka.

Implementation of a comprehensive coaching competency development program at WSK Rzeszow

Supporting the process of increasing the effectiveness of internal training by training a cadre of trainers.

Implementation of a comprehensive staff development program at Trefl

2010

Stimulating commitment and counteracting disruption during the relocation of the production plant from Kraków to Niepołomice.

Preparation of e-learning courses for managers, negotiators and trainers

In cooperation with the Training and Consulting House, we prepared courses based on the adult learning cycle in the form of animated videos with numerous interactions.

Start of international certification of managerial, coaching competencies

2011

Establishment of cooperation with American Certification Institute® and International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute®.

Establishment of the Stella Virium Foundation

2013

We established the Stella Virium Foundation for Qualifications Development as a CSR activity of Heuresis.

First certified open training courses for managers, trainers, negotiators and customer service employees

Appreciation of the effectiveness and efficiency of training for trainers

"Results count" award from the Institute for Educational Research for the Certified International Professional Trainer® trainer course.

We established cooperation with RC Business as an accredited partner for certified training.

Name change to Heuresis Ltd.

We supplemented ourtraining and consulting services with prepared IT tools, which introduced us to the group of software publishers and prompted us to change our name, which in its previous form did not include our entire scope of activity.

Starting work on the HR Heuresis SmartManager application

2016

The competence management module of theSmartManager application (still under the name Depth) is created.

MSUES certificate no. 1/2014

2019

In 2014, we were the first company to receive the certificate of the Malopolska Standards of Educational and Training Services. This certificate was enclosed in a time capsule. The ceremonial submission took place on January 11, 2019, during the Małopolska Conference of Public Employment Services organized by the Provincial Labor Office.

ISO 9001:2015 recertification

We re-certified ISO 9001:2015, which we successfully passed.

Our Values, Quality and Experience

Q: Which historical projects best reflect Heuresis' DNA?

A: Two areas are key: improving productivity and solving complex organizational problems. For example, a long-standing partnership with Danfoss resulted in the implementation of tools that realistically improved productivity, and complex programs for Synthos or Zelmer focused on improving collaboration and change management. These experiences taught us that practical implementations are more important than theory.

Q: What have you learned from building your own IT tools (SmartManager)?

A: Mainly that change is continuous. When we started working on SmartManager.cloud (from 2006), the market was different. Today, we know that tools must evolve not only technologically (e.g., integration with AI), but must also adapt to changes in workflows, HR processes and legal requirements (like ESG). Building our own software has solidified our philosophy: innovation is constant, hard work.

Q: How important are ISO certifications and international standards to you?

A: Certifications, including ISO quality management systems, have taught us that quality is not a slogan. It's daily, methodical work and constant attention to the needs of the customer, co-workers and employees. Audits and standards are our internal control mechanism that ensures that our services are certified not only on paper, but most importantly in practice.

People and Methodology

Q: How do you select trainers and experts to work with?

A: We rely exclusively on practitioners who know the business "behind the scenes." Each person must have solid managerial or expert experience. In addition, we make sure that our trainers and consultants have international certifications (e.g. American Certification Institute ACI® or other key certifications in the field), which is a confirmation of their competence not only in the market, but also in methodology.

Q: How does Heuresis approach the challenges of today's world (VUCA/BANI and ESG)?

A: We always act in advance, but aptly. VUCA/BANI (Chaos/Fragility) requires leaders to be resilient and quick decision makers - this is the goal of our Crisis Leadership programs. ESG, on the other hand, is not just a responsibility for us, but a strategic opportunity. That's why we train Boards of Directors and HR on CSRD reporting, and through the Stella Virium Foundation we actively implement programs to support social capital - proving that ESG is real change for us.
