09/12/2025The Heuresis team is expanding its partnership with Advisio. We are focusing on four areas that clients most often ask "for now": Delight Index, engagement surveys, organizational culture diagnosis, and psychometric surveys and tests (including iP121).
What this means for you in practice:
- faster "end-to-end" surveys - from survey design, to rollout and communication, to reports and action workshops,
- benchmark reports (teams, departments, locations) + specific "quick wins" for 90 days,
- better cultural risk mapping before changes (merger, restructuring, new work model),
- iP121 psychometrics to support selection, succession and development - right under KPIs.
What we are working on (briefly and in human terms):
- Delight Index - organizational climate, but in context: how it is vs. how it should be to command goals.
- Engagement - energy for action, influence, support, development; we measure and turn into a plan.
- Organizational culture - values in use, psychological safety, habits of cooperation; diagnosis under change.
- Psychometrics (iP121) - potential and role fit; recruitment, promotion, succession, coaching.
