3. How do you personalize closed-door training for the company's culture and challenges?

We conduct a diagnosis (surveys, interviews, HR data), competency leveling and goals workshop with stakeholders. Based on this, we design modules, cases and exercises tailored to the industry, culture and success rates.

4. What is the learning format - desktop, online or blended?

We work in a blended learning format: workshops (onsite/online), e-learning with progress monitoring, games and case studies, and implementation mentoring. We implement programs in Polish and English.

Certification is optional. It includes a summary of effects, verification of knowledge/skills and an implementation task. It is a confirmation of the achieved managerial competencies of the program.
