How do we implement open training?

Our courses and trainings are a combination of experience and charisma of trainers - practitioners, modern technologies and proven methodology of implementation.

We combine proven methods and creative solutions - we don't train in a template.
With more than 20 years of experience, we freely use various forms of work: training, workshops, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, games and simulations. In some projects, we collaborate with actors and special effects creators - to create engaging and memorable development experiences.

The proprietary 3W methodology:

How do we work at Heuresis trainings?

Training and workshop
Intensive exercises and experience sharing - we focus on practice and concrete tools ready for implementation after the training.

Coaching and mentoring
Individual development support - we help translate knowledge into real action and competence development over time.

Facilitation
We guide groups to shared conclusions and decisions - we help to activate the potential of teams and engage participants.

Games and simulations
Realistic, engaging and exciting - we teach through experience, competition and fun.

Special effects and actors
Yes, really! We use professional actors and effects creators in selected programs - to create maximum realistic developmental situations.

Pre- and post-training surveys
Measurements of competencies, attitudes and knowledge before and after training - to show real change and developmental value.

ACI® or Heuresis certification
Participants receive certificates confirming the acquisition of competencies according to international standards (WRL/ZSK).

E-learning + blended learning
Each training can be supported by e-learning modules - before, during or after the workshop - for better consolidation of results.

Knowledge pills
Participants receive mini-materials summarizing key content - in the form of checklists, infographics or recordings.

Implementation Tasks
We don't end up in the room - participants have development tasks to do at work. This turns knowledge into action.

Proprietary 3W methodology

Support, Verification, Challenge - this is our proprietary, proprietary and continuously refined work methodology that ensures extremely high effectiveness of our trainings.

Skill leveling

Depending on the individual level of work experience and skills that we establish in the competency survey, we match each participant with training at the appropriate level.

Optimized training time

Courses include: competence survey, e-learning, skills training and post-training competence survey. Thanks to our proprietary 3W methodology, learning takes the participant from 48 to 96 hours without depleting the content and is focused on practical improvement of professional skills.

International certificates

All courses enable you to earn at a confirmed level an American Certification Institute® certificate opening the way to an international career.

Continuous performance measurement

Each of our training courses is subject to verification of its effectiveness on D. Kirkpatrick's three levels of training effectiveness. Clients receive detailed reports on participants' achievements and indications for further development.

Constant supervision of trainers' work

Courses and trainings are conducted by certified trainers - practitioners with charismatic personalities, whose work is verified on an ongoing basis, through supervision and continuous improvement of skills.
