From the survey you will learn what you should learn. It will allow you to monitor whether you are completing this knowledge and skills you need during the training.


Access to the e-learning platform

Graduate of the Jagiellonian University and the School of Ukrainian Law at the Jagiellonian University and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. He speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian. He conducts projects supporting employers in negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution. She engages in social support projects, is active in advocating for refugees in Ukraine, and works with NGOs and non-governmental organizations.

She holds the Certified International Professional Trainer® (CIPT®) and Certified International Professional Negotiator® (CIPN®) certificates.

Is the training course designed for lawyers only?

Yes. The course is designed for attorneys, legal advisors, in-house lawyers, mediators and union negotiators. You don't need to have prior negotiation experience - you learn everything on the spot.

Does the course cover collective and crisis negotiations?

Yes. The program covers contract negotiations as well as collective, in-house and crisis situations - from a legal and practical perspective.

What negotiation techniques do I learn in the course?

You learn to apply social influence, BATNA, tension management techniques, matching style with the interlocutor, relationship building and ethical responses to difficult behavior.

What does the ACI® / CIPN® certification look like?

After completing the course, you can take the ACI® exam. Once you pass it, you receive an international CIPN® certification. The exam is taken online or in a hybrid version.

How long does the course last and what formula does it follow?

The training takes place in a blended-learning formula: classroom workshop + e-learning. Before the course, you take a competency test to match the content to your level.
