Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Does Heuresis have experience in delivering closed-door training?
Yes. We have been delivering closed-door training for over 20 years. This is our key specialization - they make up the majority of our training activities. We have experience in projects for companies from different industries, sectors and sizes - from large corporations to local family businesses.
What is the 3W methodology used by Heuresis?
It's a proprietary training delivery model: Verify - Support - Challenge. First we diagnose the entry level and needs of the participants. Then we offer tools to support implementation in the workplace, and finally we ask participants specific implementation challenges to consolidate training results and stimulate self-efficacy.
Does Heuresis measure the effects of training?
Yes. We use the Kirkpatrick model, which allows us to measure effectiveness on several levels: from the reaction of participants, to the increase in knowledge and skills, to the implementation of new behaviors at work. Depending on the client's needs, we evaluate training at levels 1-3.
What does the process of implementing a closed-door training look like?
We start by analyzing the needs and expectations - both of the organization and the participants. We design a training program tailored to the level of the group and the realities of the company. We implement the training in a full training cycle: preparation, implementation, evaluation, follow-up. We use our 3W methodology at each stage.
Can the training be adapted to different levels of management?
Yes - the programs are each time designed for a specific level of participants: line managers, middle or senior managers, directors or business owners. We take into account the role in the organization, the scope of decision-making and the specifics of the industry.
What topics do closed-door management training courses cover?
Our offer includes strategic management, management by objectives (MBO), project management, process management, change management, financial management, information management, as well as team management - motivating, delegating, coaching, employee evaluation, leadership development and others.
Will I get a customized offer for my company?
Yes - just fill out the contact form on the website or contact our consultant. We will prepare a detailed proposal tailored to your organization's goals.
Do you offer certificates upon completion of the training?
Yes - each participant of the training receives a certificate of completion, confirming participation and development of key managerial competencies according to the scope of the training.
