Edyta Klatka

Edyta is a trainer, coach, psychologist and career counselor. Since 2019, she has been creating and coordinating development projects for companies in Lower Silesia. She specializes in diagnosing training needs and employee potential and is helped by her knowledge of psychotesting and psychology. She has experience in EU projects, where she dealt with professional activation, career path selection, diagnosis of professional competencies. She conducts training in personal development, social competencies (communication, assertiveness, conflict resolution) and managerial (management, negotiation). Creator of "Coaching in Practice" training, conducts personal development groups. Holds the Certified International Professional Training Manager® (CIPTM®) certificate.
