We started as consultants with "tailor-made" programs in management and competencies - helping giants like Danfoss and Synthos implement productivity improvement tools. We quickly realized that knowledge alone is not enough, because the market is rushing, and VUCA/BANI are not just fashionable shortcuts, but daily stress and strategic risk.
That's why innovation is our DNA. Back in 2008, we were one of the first in Poland to implement blended learning, cutting training time in half. And since 2016 (but working on them since 2006!) we have become a software publisher, combining consulting and certified business training with digital support.
