ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION

• Competency Assessment: 7–14 days prior to the first session, each participant receives access to a competency assessment. This allows us to tailor the training focus to the specific needs of the group.
• E-learning Platform: Simultaneously with the assessment, our e-learning platform is launched. It provides supplementary knowledge materials and remains available throughout the entire duration of the program.
• Work System: The training is delivered in a session-based format (typically Tuesday–Wednesday), allowing for a seamless balance between learning and professional responsibilities.
• Location:
  • In-person: Krakow, Niebieski Art Hotel & Spa, 3 Flisacka St.
  • Remote: Interactive online platform (for groups designated as remote).
• Training Hours: 09:00 AM – 04:30 PM (including coffee breaks and a lunch break).
• Materials:
  • Core substantive and additional materials are available for download from the e-learning platform.
  • Workbooks and workshop materials required during classes are distributed directly by the trainer during the session.
• Certification: Participants have the opportunity to pursue international certification from the American Certification Institute® (ACI®).
