Experienced Manager and Sales Trainer with over ten years of experience in the financial and retail industry. She has developed and implemented sales strategies to increase sales effectiveness. She excels in team management by combining high performance and work standards with employee development and motivation. She is the author of more than a dozen development programs aimed at managers and directors based on Kaplan and Norton's BSC theory, Experience Marketing concept, employee evaluation concepts. Iza is a co-organizer of the Inspiration-Tools-Effectiveness Regional Conference and a subject matter expert in the international team of the Train the Trainers area. She is a Certified International Professional Training Manager® (CIPTM®).
